  • Business Profile Information: Business name, category, address, state, city, contact person name, WhatsApp number, email address, services offered, pricing, business packages, and descriptions.
  • Media & Uploads: Business logo, banner images, gallery photos (up to 6 photos), and external video URLs (e.g., YouTube or Vimeo links) provided to display on your public profile.
  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, network state, and app performance logs collected automatically to ensure system stability and security.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Creating, verifying, and publishing your public digital business profile and scannable QR code.
  • Enabling admin review and verification processes to ensure authentic business profiles.
  • Displaying public business profile pages accessible via generated URLs and QR codes.
  • Sending account updates, OTP verification emails, and profile verification status notifications.
  • Managing subscriptions, referral rewards, and in-app monetization through verified third-party partners.
  • Improving app performance, user interface, security, and preventing fraudulent or unauthorized activities.

3. Media & Device Permissions

Our mobile app may request the following device permissions with your explicit consent:

  • Camera & Photo Library: Used strictly for choosing or capturing business logo, banner, and photo gallery uploads.
  • Storage / Media Library: Used to save generated QR codes and printable shop posters to your device storage.
  • Internet & Network State: Used to communicate with our secure backend APIs and deliver public profile data.

4. Third-Party Services & Analytics

We work with trusted third-party service providers to power specific app functionalities:

  • Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Displays advertisements in free-tier accounts. AdMob may collect device advertising IDs for ad serving and analytics in compliance with Google's Privacy Policies.
  • RevenueCat: Processes and validates in-app subscriptions and purchase receipts securely through Google Play Billing.
  • Firebase Services: Used for app configuration, performance monitoring, and secure backend operations.

5. Public Profile Visibility

Once your business profile is approved by our admin team, your business details (name, address, services, photos, social links, and contact options) become publicly accessible via your dedicated URL and QR code. You can request updates or updates to your profile at any time through the mobile app.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption in transit, secure storage mechanisms (Expo SecureStore), and restricted administrative access to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your business profile and account information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with Services.

Account & Data Deletion Request: If you wish to delete your account and all associated business profile data, you may request deletion by emailing us at support@scanbrio.com or contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 8140419009. Upon request, we will permanently remove your business profile and account data from our active database within 7 business days.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended exclusively for business owners and users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
